Commis Chef

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
  • Help in the cleaning and storage of raw materials.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen according to hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Prepare ingredients for dishes (e.g., chopping, cleaning vegetables, etc.).
  • Participate in managing and organizing the kitchen during meal preparation.
  • Assist during service and ensure the proper delivery of orders.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a high-standard kitchen.
  • Degree from a culinary school or related field (optional).
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Ability to work well in a team and strong organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and cleanliness in the workplace.
