As a Rooms Division Manager at KOIA, you’ll lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering seamless service across multiple departments. With a focus on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team collaboration, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the KOIA experience.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven professional with strong organizational skills and a dedication to exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:

Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5-star hotel.
Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of German is highly desirable, with additional languages as a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) as an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Experience managing multiple departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Spa) is highly desirable.
