A four-course meal, made to order. At KOIA Resort, we believe in the hospitality of essence, not excess. This is why our Half Board dining is exclusively à la carte, inviting you to explore the best of inspired Mediterranean cuisine.


Each meal offers the freedom to select from the Thyme Restaurant’s à la carte menu, choosing one dish from each of the following four categories: Salads, Starters, Mains, and Desserts, with choice over our daily specials that also include a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.


In case you have specific dietary requirements, our chefs will be happy to discuss your preferences upon your arrival so that they can make the necessary adjustments or include more options for you to enjoy.

The Half Board arrangement combines both delight and convenience, ensuring that every dish, crafted with the freshest ingredients, reaches your table with its flavors and aromas at their peak.


Finish off your meal by pairing it with wine from our cellar, or with an inspired cocktail from Elixir Bar, however, kindly note that all drinks are at a surcharge.
