Duties and Responsibilities:

Learn and present the hotel concept and menu to guests.
Provide specialized service for vegan, vegetarian, and guests with dietary restrictions, and communicate with the chef accordingly.
Manage reservations and organize tables based on the restaurant’s needs.
Greet guests and assign tables.
Daily preparation and cleanliness of the restaurant (opening and closing).
Promote and sell restaurant products and services (wines, drinks, dishes).
Take orders and serve food and beverages, including Room Service and poolside service.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the work area.

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel or a la carte/fine dining restaurant.
Degree from a tourism school or related field.
Excellent command of English (German is an additional asset).
Knowledge of PDA & POS systems.
Ability to manage complaints and resolve issues effectively
Politeness, professional appearance, and a customer-oriented approach.
