Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn and present the hotel concept and menu to guests.
  • Provide specialized service for vegan, vegetarian, and guests with dietary restrictions, and communicate with the chef accordingly.
  • Manage reservations and organize tables based on the restaurant’s needs.
  • Greet guests and assign tables.
  • Daily preparation and cleanliness of the restaurant (opening and closing).
  • Promote and sell restaurant products and services (wines, drinks, dishes).
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages, including Room Service and poolside service.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the work area.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel or a la carte/fine dining restaurant.
  • Degree from a tourism school or related field.
  • Excellent command of English (German is an additional asset).
  • Knowledge of PDA & POS systems.
  • Ability to manage complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Politeness, professional appearance, and a customer-oriented approach.
